REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Scope
This Refund & Exchange Policy governs the return, cancellation, refund, and exchange procedures for products and services provided by RODONIT Information Technology L.L.C.
By placing an order through our website, customers are deemed to have accepted this policy upon order confirmation.
This policy applies to:
Digital products (software licenses, digital content, reports, etc.)
Services (software development, web design, consultancy, IT services, etc.)
Physical products (if applicable)
2. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation & Refund)
Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product or service without providing any reason.
It is sufficient that the withdrawal notice is submitted before the expiration of this period.

3. Return Conditions
3.1 Physical Products (if any)
Returned products must be:
Unused
In original packaging
Complete and undamaged
Returns must be shipped via the company’s contracted courier service.
Shipping costs:
Defective products: Covered by the Company
Other cases: Covered by the Customer
3.2 Digital Products
Digital products are non-refundable in the following cases:
Download has been completed
License key has been delivered
Instant access has been provided
3.3 Services
Service cancellations and refunds are not available if:
Service performance has started
Project work has commenced
The process has been activated with customer approval
The right of withdrawal applies only to services that have not yet started.
4. Return Process
The customer submits a return request through our communication channels.
The request is reviewed for eligibility.
For approved returns, the return shipment process begins (if applicable).
Once the product is received, the refund process is initiated.
5. Refunds
For approved returns:
The refund will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
6. Exchange Conditions
Exchanges are available in the following cases:
Defective product delivery
Incorrect product shipment
Shipping-related damage
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead of an exchange.
7. Exceptions
Refunds and exchanges are not available for:
Custom-made software and design services
Personalized projects
Used physical products
Downloaded digital content
Software with delivered license keys
8. Disputes
Any disputes arising under this policy shall be governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
